As Canadians who are first time buyers of US Real Estate, my husband and I appreciated all the time you spent in answering our questions and concerns – which we had a lot of! I found and appreciated your accessibility and willingness to take our calls even on weekends and evenings.

Furthermore, you attention to detail was greatly appreciated, as was your regular updates – even when there wasn’t one. With the amount of documents that needed our signatures (A LOT!), you where quick to highlight the areas that were critical while still encouraging us to review the complete documents.

From the first moment we spoke on the phone and we shared our wish list with you in a very small working budget – you were bang on during our one day of showings. In the end we had to decide between not one but two units and eventually with success closed in the complex of our choice.

One thing that I may not have shared with you, is that this wasn’t our first attempt at looking at real estate in the Phoenix area, in fact we had actually looked a few years back, but the agent we worked with at that time – was completely off the mark with her choices and didn’t appreciate or hear what our needs were. We were so disheartened by that experience; we put off any other thoughts of buying in the States, until we connected with you.

I wish you the best of success! ... Ravinder H.
