Tempe Lofts capture the best of the industrial loft style, while adding a unique design touch. Unlike the East Coast, Tempe has very few old warehouses that need to be retrofitted into living spaces. Tempe Lofts will have the high ceilings and wide open space but the industrial feel has been softened and enhanced with modern designs.

Tempe Patio Home Style
Patio homes one story units, often with a small patio included. This style is very common in older complexes, especially in South and Central Tempe. Many of these units have garages, but they are usually in a cluster nearby the unit. Advantages are lack of stairs and usually some nice grassy common areas just outside your door. The disadvantage is that most of these styles have older architecture with low ceilings and dated insides. But since most of these complexes are centrally located, they are just begging to be remodeled.

Traditional Tempe Condo Style
