You can practically smell the Starbucks coffee from the Hayden Square Condominiums in Tempe. There’s no other condominium community closer to Mill Street, except the very expensive (but nice) Centerpoint Condominiums just a stone’s throw away. Want to see a game in downtown Phoenix? Hop on the light rail adjacent to the community for a no-stress way to travel.

Yes, you’ll have to put up with the airplane traffic overhead, but even the million dollar condos at Hayden Ferry have that problem. Hayden Square is not for those looking for quiet living. On the contrary, its for those who like being next to the action - bars, restaurants, coffee houses, and of course ASU.

Wake up, roll out of bed, amble to class. Thats the way students like to live, which makes a condo near Arizona State University (and Mill Street) in such demand. New condo developments are popping up everywhere near Mill Street and the lake, but they start at $400,000, and most are over $700,000.
