You'll see the locals running or walking on the winding pathway, and the park is home to events like Tempe's famous New Year's Eve Block Party and July Fourth celebration.

If you're fortunate enough to afford a lake view condo near Tempe Town Lake, it's definitely a treat to see so much water in a desert community. But there are an equal number of condos in the area without views, but just a short walk to the lake and its amenities.
